Bobbi-lee Woodward was born and raised in Fort St. John, where she cultivated a deep connection to both community and the outdoors. As a wife and mother of two, she is actively involved in her children’s lives, often found cheering them on in their sports, whether it be figure skating, hockey, or horseback riding.
With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Bobbi transitioned from her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to focus on a more holistic approach to health and wellness. She now specializes in Reflexology, Reiki, and Healing Touch, blending her medical knowledge with alternative healing practices to help others achieve balance and well-being
In addition to her healing work, Bobbi and her Husband are building a ranch, balancing the demands of rural life with the joys of family and the beauty of nature.
She finds peace in riding horses, and spending time outdoors, where she feels most connected to the land and her roots. Her love for holistic living, family, and the ranching lifestyle truly defines her approach to life and healing.
Foot reflexology is a therapeutic practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, known as reflex points, which correspond to different organs, systems, and parts of the body. The idea behind reflexology is that these reflex points are connected through the body’s nervous system and energy pathways, and by stimulating them, it helps promote relaxation, improve circulation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Bobbi also uses energy healing work to clear these blockages and promote the free flow of energy to support the body’s natural healing processes.
Holistic Approach: Energy view the body, mind, and spirit as interconnected. By addressing the flow of energy, it seeks to promote overall well-being, which includes physical health, emotional balance, and spiritual harmony.
Reiki: A Japanese technique where the practitioner channels universal life energy (often through the hands) to promote relaxation, healing, and balance.
Healing Touch: A form of energy therapy that uses light touch or no touch to restore harmony and balance in the energy system.
This service couples nicely with Acute pain, surgeries, or overall, well being.
Non-invasive: Energy healing is generally non-invasive and does not involve the use of medical tools or pharmaceuticals. It focuses on the transfer of subtle energy and is considered a complementary therapy, often used alongside traditional medical treatments.
The goal of energy healing is to bring about balance and harmony in the body’s energy system, supporting overall health, reducing stress, and fostering a sense of well-being.
